Aitreyee Doley is the Co-Founder of Vero Swan and a legal professional with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal. Her academic and professional journey has equipped her with a strong foundation in legal research, regulatory compliance, contract management, and corporate advisory.

At Vero Swan, Aitreyee leads the firm's legal strategy and client engagement initiatives. Vinod Jhajharia is a technology entrepreneur, lawyer, and business strategist with over 20 years of professional experience. As Co-Founder and Partner at Vero Swan, he leads the company's technology vision, helping the team leverage AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve work efficiency and safe management of all client data.

In addition to his technology expertise, Vinod is a qualified lawyer and advocate practicing at the Rajasthan High Court (Jaipur Bench).
